Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an Inside Support Specialist for corporate National Accounts in Illinois. You will back a National Account Sales Manager, handling projects, rollouts, new openings, quotes, sourcing, reporting, orders, and samples.

The role requires strong Excel skills, office software proficiency, and the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Prior SAP/AutoQuotes experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 4+ years in a Sales/Distribution office environment OR a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in a Sales/Distribution office environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong analytical/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class service to Corporate Contacts at assigned National Accounts.
• Be the subject matter expert on assigned National Accounts and their program with Don.
• Research and find new items to meet program initiatives.
• Prepare formal quotes in AutoQuotes and Excel for proposals and needs.
• Set up vendors, NMR's, and contracts.
• Coordinate with National Accounts Sales for on-time project completion.
