Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• GXD (AS400) knowledge preferred.
• Detail oriented with the ability to adapt to a variety of work situations and interruptions and organize work for timely completion.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction; strong prioritization and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist National Sales Manager as liaison between independent sales representatives and company.
• Perform pricing, freight estimates, quotations and order processing.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Accurate file maintenance.
