Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Birmingham, AL. The role partners with the Director of Sales Support to coordinate onboarding tasks, establish timelines, and resolve issues hindering progress.

You will liaise between regional sales and internal departments to address customer inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include creating SAP accounts, tracking orders, and generating sales reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; organized and thorough.
• Ability to process a high volume of data daily; strong collaboration skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams; able to complete pre-employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP and CRM software to collect and review new account documents for accuracy and ensure all requirements are met before submission to master data.
• Create accounts in SAP for new customers, ownership changes, and program changes.
• Track orders for new and replacement equipment and parts to assist scheduling.
• Prepare various sales reports and other reports as needed.
