Job summary

Beard Equipment Company is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Mobile, AL to support our Construction, Compact Construction, and Forestry Sales teams. This role focuses on data accuracy, documentation, and customer service to move deals from quote to delivery.

You will work with multiple departments, maintain CRM and invoicing records, and assist with financing and warranty processing while delivering excellent support to customers and the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment sales transactions from start to finish.
• Prepare and process sales documentation and invoices.
• Assist with financing and credit documentation through John Deere Financial.
• Maintain accurate customer, invoice, and contract records.
• Support warranty registrations and warranty purchases.
• Update and maintain CRM customer data.
• Coordinate with Accounting on invoice, tax, and payment inquiries.
• Process used equipment inventory purchases.
• Prepare reports and assist with special projects.
• Provide exceptional support to the sales team and customers.
