Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a sales support professional to serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers. Responsibilities include order entry, customer communications, and coordinating sales-related activities to support customer relationships and business development.

The role involves entering orders in SAP/WTS, coordinating with logistics and customer service, maintaining accounts, and promoting products while seeking opportunities to increase sales during customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related sales support or customer service experience.
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional telephone presence and customer-facing communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP, WTS, CenterPoint or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface between the sales team and customers, ensuring timely communication.
• Enter purchase orders and sales orders in SAP/WTS and maintain accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service to streamline workflows.
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Onboard new customers and manage account setup requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships and share market feedback with the sales team.
