Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor in Arcadia, CA to support management, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role covers training, operations, merchandising, and cross-functional communication with store leadership and corporate stakeholders.

The position requires 2–3 years of retail experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
