Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate people and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and Store Managers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Support store operations including floor moves, merchandising, and inventory tasks.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform duties outside of your role.
