Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) to support store management and lead a dynamic sales team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role includes training staff, coordinating resources, and driving sales targets on a fast-paced floor. You will liaise with customers and leadership, while supporting merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years of retail experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people and resources to meet goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
Assist in store operations including merchandising, floor moves, and inventory tasks.
Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
