• Retail experience at a customer-focused company and 6+ months in a management role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch service.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter mindset.
• Curious and eager to learn; willing to help customers and teammates.
• Team player with proactive problem-solving and positive energy.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list.

• Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
