• 6+ months in a management role or supervising capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.
• Share Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy with customers.
• Provide product knowledge and thoughtful, honest style advice.
• Open and close the store and support team touch-bases as needed.
