You bring 6+ months in a supervisory role, exceptional communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll foster an inclusive culture, mentor teammates, and ensure top-tier customer service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• 6+ months in a management role or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations.
• Open and close the store.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer thoughtful style advice.
