Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create outstanding customer experiences. You will lead the sales floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when no manager is present, while upholding our values and brand philosophy.

You have retail experience with a customer focus and at least 6 months in a management role. You bring strong interpersonal skills, adaptability under pressure, and an entrepreneurial spirit to mentor teammates and drive
