The role requires retail experience with some management exposure, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• At least 6 months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Team player who motivates and supports colleagues.
• Not on LEIE list.
