Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. You will share Warby Parker's story on the floor, participate in process improvements, and lead on the selling floor when a manager isn't present.

Candidates should have retail experience and at least 6 months in a supervisory role, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a mindset for entrepreneurial, proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.

• Promote an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer thoughtful style advice.
• Open and close the store and participate in store projects.
