Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create remarkable customer experiences across our retail locations. You will share Warby Parker's story on the sales floor while participating in process improvements and special projects.

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead on the floor in the absence of a manager, open and close the store, and foster an inclusive, energetic team environment. Strong retail leadership and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• 6+ months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving.
• Team player who leads by example and fosters inclusion.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
