Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada. You will share Warby Parker's story on the sales floor while contributing to process improvement and various projects.

This role blends hands-on leadership with a passion for retail and eyewear. You will lead the selling on the floor, support front-of-house operations, and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company with 6+ months in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Team player with positive energy during long hours.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations.
• Oversee store opening and closing routines.
• Foster an inclusive culture with respect for customers and teammates.
• Share Warby Parker's story and mission with customers.
• Participate in process ideation and special projects.
• Lead team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
