Assurant, Inc. is hiring a Sales Specialist in Rapid City to grow extended service contract sales and provide world-class service. You will handle inbound calls, identify cross-sell opportunities, and resolve billing questions with a patient, user-focused approach.

The role is on-site at the Rapid City location with an option to work remotely after an agreed period, offering an hourly wage plus commission and structured training to accelerate sales skills and earnings.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Sales aptitude and strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to work 8-hour shift, 40 hours/week, 6:00 am–6:00 pm MST.
• Must be able to navigate multiple programs/software for information gathering and processing.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and develop customer relationships to identify and present sales opportunities.
• Interact via inbound calls to create positive call experiences and protect customer investments.
• Apply sales techniques to cross-sell extended service contracts.
• Listen to customer needs and provide solutions that make them feel supported.
• Resolve contract questions and perform file maintenance.
