Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by managing Care Center calls, promoting Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, present tailored solutions, and support both internal and external clients with a consultative approach.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a comprehensive health plan, and a 401(k) match. A remote, full-time position with standard business hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound/outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
