Smart Start, Inc. is recruiting for a Sales Program Advisor to drive nationwide revenue by managing inbound/outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients. This fully remote role offers dynamic commissions and incentives, with growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

You will handle calls, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional experience accepted.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach.
• Sell Interlock products, programs, and services; provide product info.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and calls.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Manage follow-up calls and client correspondence for satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
