Responsibilities

• Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation.
• Meet regularly with clients to understand business requirements and develop solutions for their property.
• Manage and oversee accounts receivable of your assigned portfolio, ensuring timely payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to meet sales objectives.
• Partner daily with the Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and total customer experience.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information.
