Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the elevator industry or service-oriented business.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience managing P&L within an industrial or service-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's activities related to repair, maintenance, and retention of products.
• Partner with the General Manager to develop an operational budget.
• Manage the operational budget through effective asset management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Superintendents and Project Managers.
