Schindler Group in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager to cultivate relationships with customers and drive service sales for elevator and escalator maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will manage client accounts, identify opportunities, collaborate with field teams, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelors degree with 2+ years of B2B sales in elevator or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
• Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Account management: Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements; manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Communication: Interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaboration: Work with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure a superior customer experience from initiation to delivery.
• Sales & Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information; qualify needs to secure profitable solutions.
• Negotiation & Strategy: Negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies aligned with product plans and market conditions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare estimates and proposals; maintain accurate customer records and ensure policy compliance.
