The role requires coordinating with field teams, managing accounts, and delivering effective proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business field; 2+ years of B2B sales in elevators or related industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet targets, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage existing and new customer accounts; pursue opportunities and retain customers.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure a seamless customer experience from initiation to delivery.
• Identify sales opportunities through key contacts and industry information; present value of Schindler products and services.
• Negotiate contract terms that meet customer needs while aligning with company strategy.
• Prepare estimates and proposals; maintain accurate customer files and ensure policy compliance.
