• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Comfort working independently and cross-functionally.
• Ability to complete a Health Care Sanctions background check.
• Ability to obtain Oklahoma Life and Health license within 45 days, if needed.

Compensation: $ 20/hour, depending on experience

This is a great contract opportunity for a detail-driven professional who enjoys supporting sales and retention efforts through data entry, analysis, and client-focused coordination. You'll play a key role in helping prepare proposals, review benefit information, and keep workflows moving smoothly during new and renewing group submissions. With two openings available and contracts running through March 2027, this is a strong opportunity to contribute to a busy team and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor inboxes and respond to RFP requests.
• Gather and organize benefit information from multiple sources.
• Build proposals using standardized templates.
• Prepare benefit comparisons and support recommendation development.
• Review contracts for new and renewing groups.
• Coordinate workflow routing for installs, changes, and terminations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• High school diploma required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Health insurance industry experience.
• Experience with proposals or financial exhibits.
• Project coordination or workflow tracking experience.
• Familiarity with benefit enrollment processes.
• Presentation experience with internal or external audiences.
