Compensation: $25 - $30 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Verify policy statuses on carrier websites
• Update CRM system for reporting accuracy
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist clients with Medicare insurance plan details
• Process Medicare insurance claims
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and carriers
• Stay updated on Medicare policies and regulations
• Meet with potential clients to discuss Medicare options

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Medicare insurance industry
• Knowledge of Medicare policies and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Licensed in Kansas or Missouri
• Experience selling Medicare Supplemental Advantage
• 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
