Job summary

Inceed is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle, build candidate experiences, and support multiple organizations. You’ll recruit from sourcing through onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers, and guiding offers and pre-employment steps.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong communication, and solid ATS proficiency. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, with potential for growth through temp-to-hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years may substitute for degree.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer and office software proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with urgency.
• Ability to travel to health centers and recruiting events as needed.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $22 - $24 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HealthcareRecruiter to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning the full hiring cycle and building great candidate experiences. You’ll support recruiting efforts across multiple organizations, partner closely with hiring managers, and help keep the process moving from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding

• Familiarity with CRM and sourcing platforms
• AIRS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience supporting hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
