Compensation:

$ 20 - 25 /hour, depending on experience

In this role, you’ll support outbound outreach efforts, track activity in spreadsheets and systems, and help keep operations running smoothly from day to day.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Make high-volume outbound calls from assigned call lists
• Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
• Record call outcomes and update customer details
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Track call metrics and organize reports in Excel
• Collaborate with team members to meet call goals
• Identify trends and share insights with leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience:
