Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative - Logistic for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth, supporting customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, strengthen, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $30,000 to $320,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Strong negotiation, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple customer priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in logistics, transportation, freight, storage, or related services.
• Experience preparing bids, service contracts, sales proposals, and customer quotations.
