Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, strengthen, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Conduct phone outreach and in-person visits to understand customer needs and generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, service contracts, bids, and related sales documentation.
• Negotiate contract terms, close sales, and support achievement of revenue goals and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Equipment Control, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, industry events, and other business-related activities.
