AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract/temporary assignment in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and build strong candidate experiences for local and regional roles.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct competency-based interviews, and maintain pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs in a fast-paced telecommunications services environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract/temporary opportunity in San Juan, PR within the telecommunications services industry. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys managing full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers, and creating a positive candidate experience from first contact through selection.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will represent the organization’s values while helping identify, attract, and engage strong talent for local and regional positions. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative HR environment where supportive leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued. You will have the opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition strategy, improve recruiting processes, and build relationships that support current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection support, and candidate follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings using proactive sourcing methods.
• Collaborate with internal HR partners, including people business partners, compensation, and onboarding teams, to support a positive recruiting experience.
• Coordinate applicant flow, interview scheduling, onsite interview support, and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment practices are fair, unbiased, compliant, and aligned with organizational values and cultural fit.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $24 per hour.
• Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
• Location: San Juan, PR.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local and regional roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and selection process support.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to improve recruiting outcomes and candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Recruiting experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal HR partners.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and interview facilitation skills.
• Professional judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to unbiased recruiting practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience managing end-to-end processes.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Recruiting experience within telecommunications, technology, customer operations, or high-volume business environments.
• Experience contributing to talent acquisition process improvement or recruitment strategy projects.
