Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive direct B2B sales of supplemental insurance while mentoring junior agents in a Texas field territory. You will meet business owners and employees face-to-face, building relationships and delivering enrollment-style presentations.

The role blends independent contractor setup with structured training, weekly goals, and leadership guidance. Travel within local territory and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Ability to develop and train others while maintaining own book of business.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching
• Lead by example through consistent personal production
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing
