Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Richardson, TX is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to combine outside sales with leadership development, meeting business owners and employees, and mentoring newer agents to grow a productive book of business.

You will operate as an independent contractor with schedule flexibility while receiving structured training, resources, and leadership guidance. Ideal for those who lead by example and build relationships while helping others grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Ability to train and coach field agents.
• Willing to travel locally and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
