Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Experience processing quotes and orders using ERP.
• Ability to coordinate pre- and post-sale activities for certification requirements.
• Support account managers and SE/ISEs with admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities.
• Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers meet TIC certification requirements and product adoption timelines.
• Works within SOPs under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
• Client follow-up and aid in turning quotes into orders using ERP.
• Supports account managers & SE/ISEs by performing included but not limited to admin-related tasks.
• Connects customer to UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.).
• Tracks account history and supply data from internal sources to facilitate knowledge of account opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure proper messaging.
• Based on relationship and needs, provides input to account manager to inform sales strategy where applicable.
• Builds an internal UL problem-solving network to anticipate problems and improve customer experience.
• Meets established timelines for pre- and post-sales activities.
• Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
