UL Solutions in Camas, WA is seeking a customer-facing professional to support UL’s sales team by handling inquiries, generating quotes, developing cases, and processing orders.

You will engage with customers, coordinate pre- and post-sale actions, and collaborate with account managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery and compliant certification requirements.

This role emphasizes independence, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email and assist with admin tasks.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sale actions to meet certification and adoption timelines.
• Develop quotes using pricing tools and convert quotes to orders in ERP.
• Support account managers and SE/ISEs with admin tasks.
• Build internal UL problem-solving networks to improve delivery and customer experience.
• Meet timelines for pre- and post-sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and communicate clearly to customers.
