Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sale actions to ensure TIC certification requirements and adoption timelines.
• Develop quotes using standardized pricing tools and convert quotes into orders in ERP.
• Support account managers and SE/ISEs with administrative tasks.
• Act as a mentor for colleagues and connect customers to UL personnel when needed.
• Track account history and supply data to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal resources to resolve inquiries and ensure clear communications.
• Meet established timelines for pre- and post-sales activities.
