Graybar in Davenport, IA is seeking a Sales Representative to develop relationships with new prospects and maintain connections with existing customers, selling Graybar products and services.

In this role you will grow customer accounts, handle inquiries promptly, maintain records, and participate in training sessions and sales meetings, with uncapped commissions in addition to base salary. Travel is limited, and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience preferred; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel on a limited basis.
