Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to develop relationships with new prospects and maintain existing customers while selling Graybar products and services.

You will grow your career in sales by learning about technology and products, meeting sales budgets, and participating in training sessions, trade shows, and meetings. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and potential FAVR reimbursement.

Formación

• Ability to negotiate and be persuasive.
• Work independently and within a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2+ years relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow customer accounts
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows and sales meetings
• Earn uncapped commissions plus a base salary
• Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets
