Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect for Sales Performance Management within the Specialized Services organization. You will design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements, from discovery through implementation, across modules like compensation, planning, and territory management.

You will translate customer strategies into scalable, well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform, guide build efforts, and collaborate with product teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions with strong analytical skills.
• Advanced ability to model incentive, compensation, and planning logic in formulas or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define SPM solution vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected Salesforce-based solution.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across SPM modules.
• Apply AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate value realization.
• Define design standards and oversee scope and quality.
• Mentor team members and champion reusable assets.
