Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to provide comprehensive analytical support to sales and commercial teams, build advanced tools and reporting, and drive sales force effectiveness in support of EBIDTA goals.

The role partners with leadership to identify opportunities, develop insights from internal and external data, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance performance across regions, accounts, and channels.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, business or related area, with 5+ years combined analytics/forecasting experience
• Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational and analytical skills
• MBA degree or additional work experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define franchise goals and build opportunity reporting for growth
• Track initiatives, derive insights, and recommend actions to drive sales
• Lead cross-functional analytics with Commercial Excellence, Field Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Channel Management
• Develop analyses/reporting to support leaders using internal/external data and market trends
• Lead industry benchmarks analysis for opportunity and penetration across markets and accounts
• Support territory optimization and customer targeting through data insights
• Develop customer insights from marketing programs and integrate external market data
• Provide reporting support to Consumer Excellence with KPI analyses and direct-to-consumer insights
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested
