Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to provide analytical support to sales and commercial teams, leveraging internal and external data to drive growth. You will develop and implement analytic tools and reporting to enable sales force effectiveness and help meet EBITDA goals.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to develop opportunity reporting, tracking strategic initiatives, and delivering insights that optimize territories and accounts.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, business or related area with 5+ years combined experience in business/sales/financial analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with data visualization in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills essential with teamwork.
• MBA degree or additional work experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership, Commercial excellence and sales team to understand franchise goals and lead development of opportunity reporting and advanced analytical tools.
• Track and measure key strategic initiatives; identify insights and provide recommendations to drive sales.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Field Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Channel Management for analytics leadership.
• Develop analyses and reporting to support franchise leaders and sales with internal/external data; identify market trends.
• Lead development and implementation of industry benchmarks to assess opportunity and penetration across markets and accounts; analyze customer performance by region and market type.
• Support territory optimization and customer targeting through insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop customer insights from marketing programs using data analysis protocols and external market data.
• Support Consumer Excellence with reporting on KPIs, consumer insights, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Perform adhoc analyses as requested.
