Job summary

Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location -- the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. You will drive revenue while running a tight operation and maintaining high standards.

The role requires leading visibly, coaching for results, and owning performance against KPIs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales.
• Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing high-volume service locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, and quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to maintain accountability and results.
• Ensure every member interaction is professional and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear action.
