Job summary

This role requires 5+ years of leadership blending operations and sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets and coaching a team to performance.

Compensation is $100,000+ annually plus bonus incentives, along with robust benefits and PTO.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience coaching teams to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to accountability.
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions.
