Amex GBT is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own high-impact projects across sales process design, forecasting, and analytics. You will partner with sales leadership to translate complex problems into scalable solutions that improve GTM productivity and effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Solutions, Account Management, Pricing, Implementation, Enablement and Analytics to ensure end-to-end customer journey continuity and improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
