DriveTime is seeking a Sales & Operations Advisor in Training at our Chattanooga dealership. You will greet customers, present vehicle features, and assist with financing basics while supporting daily operations.

The role emphasizes cross-training, teamwork, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You’ll work with the sales team across departments, manage multi-step processes, and participate in a program to advance through levels of sales and operations

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase learning certification of Level 1 and 2.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record for the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test and background check.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist with purchasing process including presenting vehicle features and pricing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests; maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with prospective customers via phone, text and email.
• Support sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Process paperwork including down payments, title documents, and loan paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and showroom organization.
• Collaborate with sales and management to achieve dealership goals.
