DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in our Ohio dealership network. You will engage customers, drive financing discussions, and support daily store operations to ensure smooth transactions.

The role offers growth through multi-phase training and a structured progression from Level 0 to Level 4 as you gain leadership responsibilities and sales expertise while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers to guide them through vehicle purchases and financing options.
• Manage the full sales cycle: sales calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
