Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring a Sales and Operations Advisor in Cincinnati to engage customers, match them with the right vehicle and financing options, and drive sales from first contact to closing. You’ll support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to a high‑quality customer experience.

You’ll participate in multi‑phase training, achieve increasing responsibilities, and help onboard new advisors while upholding company directives and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates or bachelor’s preferred
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers through DriveTime processes and guide them through the Sales cycle
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management and administrative tasks
