DriveTime Car Sales, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support professional to greet customers, present features, finance basics, and nurture internet leads. You’ll assist Sales & Operations Advisors and help manage appointments and follow-ups.

The role covers dealership operations, paperwork, inventory presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration with multi‑dimensional teams.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1 – 3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase, learning certification of Level 1 and 2 with increasing responsibility.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process including presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and dealership services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers through phone calls, text and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
