Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers in Colorado is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own the day-to-day operations of a high-volume service location. You will oversee staff, workflow, floor presence, and output quality while driving revenue growth and ensuring a premier member experience.

You will lead by example, hold teams accountable to KPIs, coach performance, and convert sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership with operations and sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets with measurable results.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service ops.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location.
• Drive sales performance with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and enforce performance standards through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is professional and revenue opportunities are realized.
• Track location KPIs and inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Address underperformance promptly with clear follow-through.
