Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with the Sales team across Mid-Market, Enterprise & Strategic segments. The role sits on the Regional Sales Operations team, helping scale revenue for self-serve and assisted motions, with NY/o remote options.

You will translate performance data into regional priorities, manage forecasting rigor, and drive leadership decisions with AI-enabled dashboards and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools (Sigma).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to generate sales insights (Claude Code, Codex).
• Strong communication skills; able to present complex analyses to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AMER Sales to translate performance and market insights into regional priorities and investments.
• Assist forecasting for Mid-Market, Enterprise & Strategic segments with rigor.
• Lead operating cadence: MBRs, QBRs, and weekly forecast reviews with concise leadership-ready outputs.
• Shape org design, headcount, quotas, and book-of-business allocation for scalable growth.
• Build dashboards and AI-driven insights to accelerate data-to-action for sales and finance leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales Systems, Finance, and Data Science to ensure data quality and actionable insights.
