Figma is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with our Sales team across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments. This role will help scale revenue with rigorous forecasting, data-driven insights, and AI-enhanced dashboards.

You will lead the operating cadence, shape headcount and quota design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data quality and governance while delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with proven expertise in Salesforce, SQL and BI tools (Sigma).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to generate sales insights, including hands-on experience with Claude Code/Codex.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting for Mid-Market, Enterprise & Strategic segments and pipeline reviews.
• Lead operating cadence: MBRs, QBRs, weekly forecast reviews and leadership decisions.
• Shape org design, headcount, quota structures, and book-of-business allocation for scalable growth.
• Build dashboards and automated insights using AI to accelerate data-to-action for sales and finance.
• Partner with Sales Systems, Finance, and Data Science to maintain data quality and governance.
